Mindful Diplomat

Terhi Bunders (born 1980) has served the Government of Finland since 2004 as a diplomat in Helsinki, Brussels, Hanoi, Vienna and London.

She began her mindfulness practice in 2006 and is a certified Mindfulness teacher (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, MBSR) since 2020.

Terhi's main guidance for her practice comes from Jon Kabat-Zinn, the creator of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
